What is mindfulness?

  • Mindfulness is noticing your thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations in the present moment without harmful judgement.

    In MBSR-T, most formal practices range from six to twelve minutes.

  • Informal practice is about honing in on things you are actually doing. It’s bringing awareness to the present moment.

    We will learn how to integrate mindfulness into the every day routines of life, finding ways to bring awareness to these activities.
